Description
START POSITION:  Adjust cables to shoulder height and stand with head up, spine neutral, and elbows bent to 90 degrees.  MOVEMENT:  Slowly extend arms to front and across body, squeezing chest muscle.  Extend to slightly less that straight arm position. Slowly return to start position.
