Description
START POSITION:  Leaning back against incline bench at 45 degrees, start with arm perpendicular to floor and bent 90 degrees at elbow.  MOVEMENT:  Slowly raise dumbell toward ceiling until arm is straight but not locked.  Do not allow shoulder to move.  Slowly lower to start position.
