Description
START POSITION:  Sitting with back supported and in neutral alignment looking straight ahead.  Start with handles at shoulder height and wrists directly over elbows.  MOVEMENT:  Slowly press weight over head until arms are fully extended but not locked.  Slowly lower to starting position.
