Description
START POSITION:  Standing with feet shoulder width apart, one foot slightly forward.  Place hands on bar, slightly wider than shoulder width.  MOVEMENT:  Slowly raise bar until elbows are at shoulder height only.  Do not shrug shoulders.  Slowly lower to start position.
