Description START POSITION: Sitting with back supported and in neutral alignment looking straight ahead. Start with dumbbells at shoulder height and wrists directly over elbows. MOVEMENT: Slowly press dumbbells over head and together until arms are fully extended but not locked. Slowly lower to starting position. |
