Description
START POSITION:  Place hands on floor slightly wider than shoulder width apart.  Feet should be together and body should be in neutral position.  Start with elbow bent to 90 degrees.  MOVEMENT:  Slowly press body up away from floor keeping neutral position.  Return to start position.
