Description
START POSITION: Stand in partial squat position, leaning slightly forward, keeping spine in neutral position. Grasp band or cables with one arm. MOVEMENT: From fully extended arm position, draw elbow back towards body until bent to 90 degrees, squeezing between shoulder blades.
