Description
START POSITION: Standing with spine neutral and feet shoulder width apart with kettlebell held at shoulder height. MOVEMENT: Slowly raise kettlebell toward ceiling until arm is straight but not locked. Do not allow shoulder to move. Slowly lower to start position.
