Description
START POSITION: Set cables to waist height and stand facing away from cables grasping handle with one arm and allowing shoulders to rotate towards cables. MOVEMENT: Slowly draw arm across body and up to shoulder height. Stop when arm reaches mid-line of body. Return to start position and repeat.
