Description
START POSITION:  Using flat bench start with elbows slightly below shoulders.  Wrists shoulder be directly above elbows.  MOVEMENT:  Slowly press dumbbells up and together until arms are extended.  Do not lock elbows.  Slowly lower weight to start position.
