Description
START POSITION: Let cables to lowest position and grasp handle while lying with shoulders on top of ball and feet firmly planted on floor with knees bent to 90 degrees. MOVEMENT: Keeping arm extended, draw arm up and across body until pointing towards ceiling. Slowly return to start position and repeat.
