Description
START POSITION:  Grip bar about 6 inches wider than shoulder width.  Retract shoulder blades.  MOVEMENT:  Leaning back slightly, slowly pull body up toward bar until base of neck is near bar.  Keep bar in front of body at all times and do not bring to back of head.  Slowly return to starting position, keeping shoulder blades retracted.
