Description
STARTING POSITION: Set cables to lowest height and stand with side facing cables.  Grasp handle with both arms and keep spine neutral. MOVEMENT: Slowly rotate arms across in front of body keeping arms straight and bringing arm to head height on opposite side of body.  Return to start position and repeat.
