Description
START POSITION:  Sitting on exercise ball grip bar so that hands are close together.  Keep head up, spine neutral, and abdominals tight.  Retract shoulder blades.  MOVEMENT:  Leaning back slightly, slowly pull bar down toward base of neck.  Do not pull behind head.  Slowly return to starting position, keeping shoulder blades retracted.
