Description
START POSITION:  Keeping spine in neutral position, bend hips and knee slightly into partial squat position while standing over BB.  Grasp BB with one hand. Retract shoulder blades.  MOVEMENT:  Maintaining that position, pull barbell up and in until hand is just under rib cage.  Slowly return to start position.
