Description
START POSITION: Grasp suspension trainer handles with arms fully extended towards floor, leaning slightly forward. Keep core tight. MOVEMENT: Slowly bend elbows to 90 degrees and lower body towards floor, keeping core neutral. Press hands towards floor and return to start position.
