Description
START POSITION:  Sitting on floor with band around under your feet or cable set to low position.  Keep head up and spine neutral.  MOVEMENT:  Slowly draw arms out away from body, keeping elbows straight.  Squeeze between shoulder blades.  Slowly return to start position.
