Description
START POSITION: Leaning against pad of incline bench with spine in neutral position. Retract shoulder blades. MOVEMENT: Slowly pull BB or DB into body just below rib cage, squeezing between shoulder blades. Do not move at the hips and keep looking straight ahead.
