Description
START POSITION: Kneeling on one knee, place other foot on floor with knee bent to 90 degrees. Place elbow against inside of thigh with arm pointing straight to floor. MOVEMENT: Slowly curl dumbell up towards shoulder keeping elbow firmly against thigh. Slowly return to start position and repeat.
