Description
START POSITION: Standing with head up, spine neutral, and arms to sides with upper arm pointing towards the floor. Bend knees into a partial squat position. MOVEMENT: Not allowing elbows or shoulders to move, slowly curl arms and lift bar toward shoulders. Return to start position.
