Description
START POSITION: Sitting on end of a flat bench with cables adjusted to above head height. Reach above head and grasp bar with both hands facing behind you and arms pointing straight up. MOVEMENT: Slowly bend elbows and pull bar down behind your back keeping a neutral position. Return to start position and repeat.
