Description
START POSITION: Place hands on a low bench slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Knees should be together on floor and spine should be in neutral position. Start with elbows bent to 90 degrees. MOVEMENT: Slowly press body up away from floor keeping neutral position. Return to start position.
