Description
START POSITION:  Adjust seat position so that hands are just below shoulder height and reach is fully extended.  Retract shoulders to neutral spine position.  MOVEMENT:  Slowly pull handles toward you, squeezing shoulder blades together until hands are almost beside body.  Slowly return to starting position, maintaining neutral spine.
