Description START POSITION: Lying on your back with one leg placed on a chair or box so its slightly elevated. MOVEMENT: Keeping one leg slightly above supported leg, slowly lift your hips until body is straight. To increase difficulty, raise unsupported leg higher. Hold straight position for 2 - 3 seconds and then slowly lower to start position and repeat. |
