Description
Instructions: 1. Sit on a stool facing a pull-down machine with your back straight and feet resting on the floor. 2. Grab a V bar by raising your arms straight overhead. 3. Pull the towards the chest by folding your arms. 4. As your elbows meet your torso, return to the initial position and repeat. Tips: 1. Keep your chest out and maintain a straight back. 2. Don’t lean backward while pulling the bar. 3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern and avoid breath-holding
