Description
Instructions: 1. Sit on a block with your back straight, knees bent, and feet on the floor. 2. Extend your arms forward to shoulder height and bring your elbows behind your back to stretch your shoulder and back muscles. 3. Maintain this stretch for some seconds, return to the initial position, and repeat. Tips: 1. Keep your back straight and avoid slouching. 2. Keep your chest out and your palms down. 3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
