Description
START POSITION:  Standing on a stability disk with one foot reach forward extending body while keeping shoulder blades retracted MOVEMENT:  Slowly pull handle into body just below rib cage, squeezing between shoulder blades while simultaneously extending to upright position.  Do not move at the hips and keep looking straight ahead.
