Description
START POSITION: With DB slightly in front of toes, drop to a squat position keeping shoulders back and spine in neutral position. MOVEMENT: In one continuous explosive movement, drive up through the heels and draw the weight in front of the body, shrugging shoulders and plantar flexing calves extending arms to fully overhead position.
